The Heaviest Trailer in Our Fleet
This is the unit that decides whether a job is possible. Built by Al Jaber in the UAE, it runs as a four-axle lowbed for cargo up to 130 tons net and takes a two-axle extension when the load goes beyond that — up to a legally authorised 150 tons net.
Most heavy transport enquiries never get near those figures. The ones that do tend to be transformers, dismantled crawler cranes, pressure vessels, and plant modules — cargo where the question is not how fast it can be moved but whether it can be moved legally at all.
Everything published below is the trailer's actual specification. Where a figure is not separately confirmed for this unit, it is left out rather than borrowed from another trailer in the fleet.

Capacity figures are net cargo weight under UAE legal authorisation — the load itself, excluding the truck and the trailer. That is the number to check your cargo against.
Why the 2-Axle Extension Matters
The extension does not make the trailer stronger. It makes the load legal.
Road regulations limit how much weight may pass through any single axle onto the road surface. A 145-ton unit sitting on four axles concentrates far more weight per axle than the same unit spread across six — so the identical cargo can be non-compliant in one configuration and compliant in the other. Adding the two extension axles divides the same mass across more contact points and brings each one back inside the limit.
That is the whole reason this trailer clears 150 tons net while the four fixed axles stop at 130.

Under 100 tons?
The 4-axle lowbed may be the better fit — lighter, quicker to mobilise, and enough trailer for most machinery moves.
