All services are operational and non-returnable once executed.
Cancellations must be made before mobilization. If cancelled after confirmation, charges may apply including mobilization, permits, and standby costs.
Refunds apply only if service is not performed or in case of duplicate payment.
No refund will be provided once the job has started, equipment is dispatched, or delays occur due to external factors.
Partial refunds may be issued after deducting mobilization, labour, and third-party costs.
Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of service completion.
Permit fees, third-party charges, and completed service hours are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
