TERMS & CONDITIONS – EQPAXIS

• Services

EQPAXIS provides heavy equipment transport, low bed trailer services, crane lifting, forklift handling, and logistics solutions.

• Quotations

All quotations are subject to availability and may change due to fuel cost, permits, route conditions, or operational requirements. Final pricing is confirmed upon job confirmation.

• Payment Terms

Advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed. Delayed payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.

• Client Responsibility

The client must provide accurate cargo details (weight, dimensions, type) and ensure proper site access. Any incorrect information may result in delays or additional costs.

• Loading & Unloading

Unless agreed in writing, loading and unloading are the client’s responsibility. EQPAXIS is not liable for damages caused by improper handling by third parties.

• Transport Risk

All goods are transported at the client’s risk. EQPAXIS is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper packing, or external delays. Liability, if applicable, is limited to the agreed service value.

• Delays & Force Majeure

EQPAXIS is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, permits, port/customs issues, or government regulations.

• Permits & Compliance

Special transport may require permits. EQPAXIS can assist; however, costs will be charged to the client.

• Cancellation

Confirmed jobs cancelled may incur charges including mobilization, permits, and standby time.

• Insurance

Insurance is not included unless requested in writing. Clients are advised to arrange their own coverage.

• Claims

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours with supporting evidence.
